About This Stage
The project closing stage is as important as any other stage. ANP manages a systematic closeout process to ensure that the project is completed, commissioned, and handed over to the client in a proper and documented manner.
Our closeout activities include punch-list management, final inspections, preparation of as-built drawings, obtaining completion certificates, commissioning of systems, and training of client's operations team.
We also handle contract closure – reconciling all accounts, settling outstanding claims, releasing retentions, and producing a comprehensive project completion report with lessons learned.
