AN Prakash Construction Project Management Consultants (ANPCPMC) is pleased to share the successful completion of the Basement Raft Concrete Pour for the SRMIST Mixed-Use Building Project, Chennai.
This significant milestone involved 6,000 Cum of M40 (SCC) Temperature-Controlled Concrete across a 4,388 Sqm raft area at a foundation depth of 1.60 m, reinforced with 1,080 MT of steel. The pour was executed continuously over 42 hours, commencing on 13th February 2026 at 6:00 PM, with an average pour rate of 143.00 Cum per hour.
Prior to execution, detailed coordination meetings were conducted with RMC vendors and the project team to finalize the pour plan, logistics, equipment deployment, and contingency measures — ensuring seamless on-ground execution.
With support from 3 RMC plants, 2 boom placers, and 9 concrete pumps, the activity was completed successfully, marking a key milestone in the overall progress of the project.
